Kosair Charities: Who we are

Kosair Charities enhances the health and well-being of children by delivering financial support for:

HEALTHCARE - RESEARCH - EDUCATION - SOCIAL SERVICES - CHILD ADVOCACY

Since 1923, Kosair Charities has helped children reach their potential while overcoming their obstacles. Opening as a hospital for children who had long-term medical needs, Kosair Charities evolved into a grant-providing organization to better support the changing needs of children in Kentucky and Southern Indiana in the 1980s.

Today, Kosair Charities enhances the lives of all children in need through organizational grants, direct financial assistance, the Face It Movement, and one-of-a-kind experiences.

Your Impact

Thanks to KECC supporters like you, Kosair Kid, Sloane received robotic legs and other medical care through the Kosair Kids® Financial Assistance Program. Because of this unique equipment, and the investment in Sloane by Kosair Charities, her quality of life is improving beyond all expectation. Your KECC gift helped provide Sloane with a tool to give her and her family hope. Thank you for making a difference for her and for thousands of other children in Kentucky!
